§ Mr. AlisonOver the last three months, unemployment has been rising in most Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development countries. The latest available seasonally adjusted figures show that the rates of increase in the United States, the Netherlands, Canada, the Federal Republic of Germany, Sweden and Austria have been more marked than in the United Kingdom.
