§ Lord TrefgarneWe have been giving strong support to the work of the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, which was established as the result of a British initiative. Our representative on the Human Rights Commission, my noble friend Lord Colville of Culross, is, in his personal capacity, a member of the Group and its current chairman and rapporteur.
