§ Dr. VaughanThe Association of British Travel Agents made representations in January against the Trade Descriptions (Amendment) Bill as it affected holiday advertising. In addition, we have traced nine complaints over the last 12 months about allegedly misleading statements in particular holiday advertisements. Four were about inadequate description of hotel facilities; the others gave no precise details of the ground for complaint.
