§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will seek to enable grants of 35 per cent. to be available in Wales for the purpose of adapting premises for craft and light industrial use, and specifically for the conversion of farm buildings for such use; and if he will make a statement on proposals he has received in regard to this matter.
