§ Mr. AlisonAt May 1982, the last date for which figures are available, the numbers of registered unemployed people in Scotland, Wales and England who last worked in the construction industry were 46,521, 28,412 and 291,421 respectively. The corresponding figures at May 1979 were 23,667, 12,911 and 123,434.
