§ Mr. Norman Hoggasked the Secretary of State for Employment, in view of the unsatisfactory level of provision of information to members of the public of serious risks to health and safety from undertakings which decline or otherwise fail themselves to give such information, if he will prescribe a procedure for disclosure.
§ Mr. WaddingtonSeveral regulations which have been made or are under consideration by the Health and Safety Commission provide in appropriate circumstances for the provision of information about risks to health and safety to workers and to other people. It would be very difficult to prescribe a procedure which would be suitable for all cases, and I see no need for a general procedure.
