§ Mr. Les Huckfieldasked the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the reply to the hon. Member for Nuneaton on 14 December, Official Report c. 94, if he will ensure that employees who acquire shares in the holding company of which the British Transport Docks Board will be a wholly-owned subsidiary under the scheme he proposes are prevented from selling them and thus creating a minority holding for the public sector.
§ Mr. EyreShares acquired under the scheme will be held in a trust and their disposal by the trustees will be subject to the usual statutory restrictions.
