§ Mr. WhitelawThese are among the proposals for the relaxation of restrictions on the provision of facilities in licensed betting offices which have been put forward by bookmakers' organisations. Detailed consideration and consultation with other interests, including the police and licensing authorities, will he needed. Any change would require legislation.
