§ Mr. Fieldasked the Attorney-General if he will prosecute Stype Investments Ltd. for criminal conspiracy to defraud the Inland Revenue.
§ The Attorney-GeneralSenior Treasury counsel has advised that there is no evidence to justify a prosecution for any conspiracy to defraud the Inland Revenue in connection with the transfer to Jersey of some assets of the late Sir Charles Clore. The Director of Public Prosecutions and I have considered the papers and agree with this advice.
