§ Mr. MayhewThe Criminal Law Revision Committee's working paper contains only provisional recommendations on which comments are invited. The Government intend to await the committee's final conclusions, which will take account of the response to their provisional proposals, before considering whether changes are needed in this area of law and if so what form they should take.
