§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now take steps to monitor the working of the new procedures for charging overseas visitors for National Health Service treatment.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI see no need to do this at present and doubt whether the expense to public funds would be justified.
