§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThe results have been encouraging. We shall wish to look very carefully at the lessons to be drawn from the North Ayrshire experiment and elsewhere before deciding whether to retain or extend the scheme, and it is still too early to speculate on the outcome of that review.
