Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Reading, North (Mr. Durant) on 24 November 1982.—[Vol. 32, c.532.] Allowing for incomplete returns, it is estimated that the London authorities, including the Greater London council and the City of London, sold about 43,600 dwellings in the period.
