§ Mr. OnslowNo. The United Kingdom, like all other countries except South Africa, do not recognise Transkei, Bophuthatswana, Venda and Ciskei as independent, sovereign States. British officials therefore do not have any dealings with anyone who purports to represent their so-called "Governments".
