§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe South Warwickshire health authority has confirmed that pathology services are provided to the Warwickshire private hospital in Leamington from the Warwick general hospital and that medical records are made available from hospitals throughout the district. I understand that medical care and treatment is provided by medical practitioners outside their NHS contracts of employment.
