§ Mr. John PattenNo compensation is available to those who, as a result of intimidation leave property in border areas unless actual physical damage has been caused as a direct result of the intimidation. In such cases a claim for compensation may be lodged under the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977.
