§ Mr. Les Huckfieldasked the Attorney-General whether, in view of correspondence and previous representations to him from the hon. Member for Nuneaton, he will seek to remove the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals from the register of charities under section 5 of the Charities Act 1960.
