§ Mr. Fieldasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list the size of sentence for first offenders of cannabis smugglers according to whether they were given (a) a suspended sentence, (b) a sentence up to three months, (c) a sentence over three months but under six months, (d) a sentence over six months but less than nine months and (e) over nine months, for the latest available date.
