Mr. James Callaghanasked the Secretary of State for Transport, in view of the experience of the Government in selling Britoil shares, how he proposes to safeguard the public interest in his intended privatisation of the British Transport Docks Board, taking into account the absence of interest in the City of London in the flotation.
