§ Mr. TebbitThe review has been completed and the report of the study team together with an action document giving the response to their recommendations have been placed in the Libraries. The recommendation by the study team that employers should be charged for each application submitted for a work permit has been accepted in principle and will be implemented as soon as a suitable legislative vehicle is available.
