§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe National Dairy Council is jointly financed by the Milk Marketing Board and Dairy Trade Federation on behalf of milk producers and the dairy trade respectively. Neither of these bodies is funded by the Government and the expenditure of the Milk Marketing Board and the National Dairy Council is a matter for those bodies to determine.
