§ Mr. Neil MartenThe Rihand thermal power station to which we are giving £117 million of aid should be completed in 1988. We are providing capital equipment for two fertiliser plants at Thal and Hazira at a cost of £46.8 million and £42.9 million respectively. Both should be completed by 1983.
