asked the Secretary of State for Defence whether consideration was given to replenishing HMS "Endurance" in March or April by means of an RFA Rover class tanker.

I take it that the hon. Member has in mind the initial replenishment of HMS "Endurance" by RFA "Fort Austin". HMS "Endurance" needed to be victualled, not refuelled.
