§ Mr. Peter MorrisonUnder the youth training scheme, for every three extra trainees employers take on two of their normal intake of 16-year-old school leavers will also qualify for grants. It will be for the Manpower Services Commission and managing agents to discuss with employers how the rules should apply in their individual case.
