Osbornasked the Minister for Trade what progress has been made in the current general agreement on tariffs and trade negotiations to provide better opportunities for British exports, to ensure that non-tariff barriers against such exports are identified and that tariff barriers against British exports are matched by similar barriers for imports into the United Kingdom.
