§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list in the Official Report the titles of studies or reports which have been commissioned by Her Majesty's Government, or by them on behalf of the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands, since 1964, concerning the economic development of the islands or any sector of their economy and society, whether or not those studies have been published, together with the dates of request for, and receipts of, the respective reports together with the names of the firms, bodies or persons from whom they were commissioned.
