Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what consideration he is giving to providing, on a regional basis, for a proportion of specialist workers for the blind to have additional training in the special needs of mentally handicapped people; if there is any action he will be taking; and if he will make a statement.
