§ Mr. Newensasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) what consultations he has had with the executive committee and the tenants of the Land Settlement Association upon its future;
(2) if he will initiate steps to create a co-operative structure within the Land Settlement Association which will give the tenants the opportunity to administer their affairs on a co-operative basis.
