Mr. David Atkinsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to complete the negotiations with the French Government on bilateral emergency warning arrangements in the event of any release of radioactive material in one country that might affect the other.
§ Mr. HurdNegotiations are nearing completion. I hope that an exchange of letters constituting the agreement will be possible by the end of the year.
