§ Mr. RossiAt August 1982 there were 32,100 unemployed claimants at the 18 unemployment benefit offices in the Glasgow area who had exhausted their entitlement to unemployment benefit. This was 39.8 per cent. of the total number of unemployed claimants in that area.
