§ 49. Mr. Pawseyasked the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects to introduce regulations to deal with the problem of spray caused by heavy vehicles.
§ Mr. EyreMy right hon. Friend intends to introduce regulations as soon as a suitable technical standard for spray suppression devices is available. A committee of the British Standards Institution is currently preparing a standard and aims to complete its work in 1983.
