§ Dr. VaughanNo. Companies which are incorporated outside Great Britain and which have a place of business within Great Britain are required, under section 407 of the Companies Act 1948, to deliver information to the Registrar of Companies including a list containing details of the directors of the company. This information is available for inspection by the public.
