§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish in the Official Report the text of Her Majesty's Government's report to the Security Council of the action in South Georgia required under article 51 of the United Nations charter; and when and in what manner the report was made.
§ Mr. OnslowThe British permanent representative at the United Nations wrote to the President of the Security Council on 26 April 1982 concerning South Georgia. The letter has been circulated as a Security Council document, reference S/15002. I have arranged for a copy of the text of this letter to be placed in the Library of the House.
