§ Mr. Hoyleasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, further to his answer of 6 April, Official Report, column 302, that the insurance officer would give his decision on the claim for special hardship in the very near 289W future, when, in view of the fact that this matter has now been outstanding since September 1981, he expects a decision to be made.
