§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThe Government's expenditure plans for 1982–83 to 1984–85, as set out in Cmnd. 8494, include the provision of additional resources to increase the number of places available in full-time further education. We shall continue to give priority to those sectors which are of importance to the country's economic recovery.
