§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe product data sheet for sodium valproate (Epilim), which is made available to all medical practitioners, was amended last year to include warnings of the serious adverse effects which were subsequently referred to in the article inDrug and Therapeutics Bulletin. The changes in the data sheet were drawn to doctors' attention by the Committee on Safety of Medicines in "Current Problems No. 6" (July 1981), a copy of which is in the Library.
