§ Dr. BoysonDecisions on the provision of free milk to schoolchildren is entirely a matter for local education authorities, and my right hon. Friend offers no advice. Authorities are well aware that, if they supply free milk, they are able to take advantage of the EC subsidy scheme which is administered in Great Britain by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
