§ Mr. WhitelawThe 1967 visa abolition agreement with the Argentine Republic was suspended by that country on 8 April, and I announced the following morning that from noon all Argentine nationals wishing to enter the United Kingdom would need to obtain visas before travelling. I laid before Parliament the consequent statement of change in Immigration Rules yesterday.
