§ Mr. Proctorasked the Attorney-General (1) if he will publish in the Offical Report the reply of the Lord Chancellor to a letter his Department received from the chief executive of Leicester city council dated November 1981 on the subject of ethnic minorities and magistrates' courts; and if he will make a statement;
(2) whether Her Majesty's Government are considering taking steps to introduce the compulsory instruction of magistrates in understanding the way of life of ethnic minorities.
