Member's letter of 5 March.382W maintenance, (c) local authority road construction and (d) local authority road maintenance for each year since 1976–77, with the latest estimate for 1981–82, showing in each case the percentage under or over spend; and if he will make a statement on the reasons for any differences between the estimated outturn for 1981–82 and the budget provision.
