§ Mr. Buchanasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when the amended provisions extending the right of appeal, regarding the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis and byssinosis, to a medical appeal tribunal will come into effect.
§ Mr. RossiI have already approved the amending regulations. They will be laid as soon as printed copies are available and will come into operation 21 days later in accordance with the normal rules.
