§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give financial assistance to those groups of residents in parts of rural Wales who have to buy and construct their own booster television masts and pay the Home Office licence of £100 for a five-year period, in addition to the usual receiving licence.
