§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make it the policy of Her Majesty's Government to extend the principles of the Gleneagles agreement to British sporting links with any country where there is evidence that one ethnic group is discriminated against in sport.
§ Mr. MacfarlaneTo the best of the Government's knowledge the only country in which racial or ethnic discrimination is institutionalised by law is the Republic of South Africa.
