§ Mr. Teddy Taylor asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is the latest estimate of the total size of the national debt, including debts on national savings; how much interest will be paid on these debts in the current financial year; and if he will express the total amount of debt as an amount per person in the United Kingdom and the total amount of interest as an amount per person per year.
