§ Mr. Teddy Taylor asked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) what steps he has taken to improve trading relations with Malaysia; (2) if, in view of the benefits to the British economy of the preference traditionally given to the United Kingdom in trade and public purchasing by Malaysia, he will take steps to establish why this preference is now being removed.
