460W§ Mr. Adam Butler: Planning of the structure, membership and modus operandi of the Industrial Development Board is still at a formative stage. I shall make an announcement in due course.
§ Mr. Concannon asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he expects to lay before Parliament legislative proposals for the new Industrial Development Board in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. Adam Butler: I hope to publish a proposal for a draft Industrial Development Board Order early next year, and to lay the draft before Parliament as soon as practicable after that.
