§ Mr. Healey asked the Prime Minister whether it is proposed that a gift be presented to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda to mark the attainment of independence on 1 November.
§ The Prime Minister: The House will, I feel sure, wish to send congratulations to Antigua and Barbuda on their independence, along with best wishes for the happiness and prosperity of the people of that country. Her Majesty's Government propose to offer a suitable gift to mark the occasion.
