§ Mr. Alison [pursuant to his reply, 26 October 1981]:I refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to the hon. Member for Bishop Auckland (Mr. Foster)—[30 June, Vol. 7, c. 347–48]—which gives the gross and net costs per young person per week on the youth opportunities programme in 1980–81.
