§ Mr. Abse asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimate he can make of the likely reduction in revenue in the financial year 1982–83 arising from the proposed changes in the rates of additional payments to be made by television programme contractors of the Independent Broadcasting Authority in that year announced by the Home Secretary on 22 July.
