§ Mr. Maxwell-Hyslop asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science by what date he expects to be able to announce the level of tuition fees at the Open University.
§ Mr. Waldegrave:My right hon. Friend has today informed the Open University that the tuition fees assumed for the purpose of the Government's calculation of the university's 1982 grant will be £120 per full credit course.
